	As a husband and wife team, we are offering training and development services, we will provide a personalised service tailored to each of our customer’s needs. I have over twenty five years experience working in the security industry and have been involved in training for twenty of them. I have worked operationally with both the contract and “in-house” parts of the industry and have been at the forefront of the training developments in the industry over the past nine years. My recent experience was working at Skills for Security Ltd (previously SITO) where I finished working as the Learning & Development Manager.
